Our condo offers flexible accommodation, perfect for 2 to 8 people. It offers 4 Bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, a “Great Room” (Living / kitchen / Dining), Deck and 2 car garage. It includes Cable TV & Internet service and private Wi-Fi.

Cleaning Fee :
All reservations are subject to a one-time cleaning fee. This fee is passed on directly to a 3rd party cleaning service. The fee is variable depending on occupancy

Payment terms
Payment is due seven days in advance.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and changes must be made seven days prior to rental start date. Cancellations made within seven days of rental start date will incur a one-night cancellation charge.
Bad Weather
We understand that getting to Lake Tahoe can be challenging in the winter months. If you need to cancel at short notice due to poor weather or get delayed en-route, we will be flexible and work with you as best we can. Please contact us.
