Things to KNOW on arrival

 
 


Unloading Your Vehicle:

   You may park in front of the garage for a reasonable period of time (up to 15mins) while unloading your vehicle. Please park close to the unit so as to not block the driveway for other residents. Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle(s) promptly in to the garage or, if you obtained a permit, in to a valid parking space. Parking outside the garage, for an extended period of time, is a violation of the HOA R&Rs and will result in a fine !

Parking (and Parking Permits):   

    You may park in the unit’s garage without any permit. If you need to park a vehicle outside, within the complex grounds, then you must display a valid guest parking permit. This MUST be arranged with the complex management (IPM) in advance - so please let us know if this is going to be the case. We will arrange the permit for you to collect from IPM, when you arrive in Incline.

Towels and Bed Linens:

   A full complement of towels and bed linens are provided for you. Occasionally, the cleaning staff leave before the final load of laundry is dry! In this case they will often leave clean towels and/or bed linens in the dryer, located on the second floor. If you are missing any items you expect, please check the dryer first !!

Baseboard Heaters & Thermostats:

   Baseboard heaters are located throughout and controlled, individually, by thermostats in each room. If you are staying for a short visit (2-3 days) you will probably just want to over-ride the default hold temperature (55F) to something a little more comfortable. If you are staying longer, then you might want to consider programing the thermostats in the rooms you plan to use. Instructions are provided inside the thermostat’s drop-down facia. We ask that you return the thermostat to their original setting (hold 55F) on your departure.
