Kitchen

Oven & Range, Microwave:

Ensure all hotplates are off and that the oven is also off. Ensure the microwave fan and light is off. Make sure the oven is empty of any food and pans

Refrigerator & Freezer:

Remove and discard all food and open drink items from the refrigerator and freezer. Leave any unopened beer and alcohol - your hosts or their next guests will likely put that to good use !

Dishwasher:

Load the dishwasher with any soiled items and run before you leave.

Cupboards, Countertops, Sink & Faucets (Inc. Great Room Bathroom):

Remove any food stuff from cupboards and countertops and discard in the trash. Ensure the sink is empty and the faucets are completely turned OFF. Remove any personal items.

Trash and Recycling:

Please remove all trash and recycling to the complex dumpsters.

Great Room

Fireplace:

Ensure the fireplace is switched OFF.

Slider and Blinds:

Ensure the Great Room slider is fully closed and the lock is “locked”.  If present, place the wooden rod in the slider track to prevent the slider opening. Close the blinds fully.

TV & A/V System:

Use the silver Charter remote to power all components off and verify they are off.

Thermostat / Baseboard Heaters:

Ensure the thermostats is set to “HOLD” and set to “55 F”.

Lights:

Turn all lights OFF.

Windows and Blinds:

Ensure all windows are firmly closed and the catches engaged. Close the blinds fully.

Bedrooms, Studio and all Bathrooms

Bed Linens & Towels:

Please remove all sheets, pillow cases etc. from any used beds and place, along with towels, on the washer in the central hallway. Leave decorative pillow shams and comforters on the beds.

TVs etc:

Use the silver Charter remote to power off the TV and cable box and verify they are off.

IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, PLEASE LEAVE THE WI-FI ROUTER ON !!

Drawers, counters, showers, sinks and faucets etc:

Please be sure to remove all personal items from these areas. Ensure the faucets are completely off and no water is running.

Thermostats / Baseboard Heaters:

Turn all lights OFF.

Ensure all windows are firmly closed and the catches engaged. Close the blinds fully.

Studio Kitchenette:

Please be sure to remove all foodstuffs from the refrigerator, cupboards, counter and microwave. Ensure the faucet is off and no water is running.

Garage and Final Exit

Garage:

Remove all personal items and dispose of any trash and recycling to complex’s dumpsters.

Return the dumpster key to it’s hook on the refrigerator.

Turn off the garage light.

Close the doors to both the studio and to the entry hallway.

If you brought the garage door opener to the condo with you, please make sure to bring it back !!

Ensure THE garage door is fully closed before dRIVING AWAY.

Entryway and Front Door:

Turn off all hallway lights.

Ensure you have all personal items from upper and lower hallways and all bags; coats; shoes; boots etc.

Fully close the front door and lock the dead-bolt and latch locks.
